Sheila Concari studied visual arts and singing in Italy, and today lives and works as a composer, lyricist and sound artist in Paris and Como. In her multilingual works that revolve around the border areas of the psyche, the electro-acoustically transformed voice is usually in the centre. Her works have been broadcast worldwide and performed at festivals. In 2004 she was a finalist at the Prix Italia.
